Who Is Pete?

Pete - Personal TrainerHow long have you been interested and participating in fitness?
I started going to the gym whilst doing my degree in Business I.T at university. I soon realised I had a great passion for exercise. I also started to do a lot of research from books and on the internet, mainly to do with bodybuilding.

Contact Pete to discuss your personal training needs today.

What made you become a Personal Trainer?
After finishing my degree I realised that my future lay in the fitness industry. I decided to do an internationally recognised personal training course to further my knowledge and gain the relevant qualification needed to be a P.T. I am very motivated when it comes to exercise and I wish to pass this motivation on to others.

What are your qualifications?

What type of people do you train?
I have no preferred client. All I ask for is a client who is open to be motivated and dedicated to achieving their goals, whatever they may be.

What do you do in your spare time?
I tend to train a lot in the gym in my spare time. I also like to go to the cinema and enjoy watching all kinds of sport from football to rugby league.

What is your favourite meal of the day and what do you have?
My favourite meal is whatever I have on my cheat day. I'm on a special high protein diet during the week but on the weekend I treat myself. It is this meal that I look forward to.

What would be your best tip for people wanting to lose weight or get fit?
The first thing to do is to accept that this is going to be a lifestyle change and not just for the short term, otherwise you may end up putting the weight back on. It is important to get your diet right no matter what goals you are trying to achieve.

When are you available for one to one training?
I try to make myself as flexible as possible to train people as I know how busy some people's schedules can be. Simply call me on 07834 353 293 to book an appointment. Call any time between 6am-10pm Monday to Friday, 7am-8pm Weekends or contact Pete online to discuss your personal training needs today.
