Jeff Sandow

Jeff Sandow is the new addition to our team of Personal trainers. Jeff has arrived and positioned himself in the role of organization, Motivation and leading & developing, ensuring that every client that comes onboard with Josephleah reaches their targets/Goals. Jeff has much experience and the professional ability to influence and lead individuals/group teams and possess a track record of achievement and a real hunger to succeed.

How long have you been interested and participating in fitness? The school I went to was very sport driven everyone had to play some form of sport! I have competed in a variety of sports rugby, water polo and swimming. Of these I excelled in water polo and swimming representing my province on numerous occasions.

What made you become a personal trainer?

I discovered fitness and weight training with a good friend whilst still in school, we encouraged each other and devised our own programs the results we saw where good. I feel this was where my passion began! Exercise is what I've grown up with and it's in my blood! Personal Training chose me, I didn't choose it!

What are your qualifications?

REP's certified Level 3 ETA Personal Training Qualification Circuit Weight Loss Strength Training Nutrition& Weight Management Core Stability First Aider Rescue Diver (PADI) What type of people do you train? I enjoy training individuals that have not been able to reach their goals on there own and need that extra bit of motivation. I like building my clients confidence and understanding in an environment that could otherwise seem very daunting. What do you do in your spare time? I enjoy weight training and swimming. Socialising, going out and watching Rugby. I've taken a liking to DIY lately thankfully no disasters yet!

What is your favourite meal of the day and what do you have?

I enjoy my breakfast I see it as my cheat meal for the day, My choice of depends on what time my first client is, so its down to Oats, hard boiled eggs, bacon butty(I'm human) or a protein shake!

What would your best tip for people wanting to lose weight or get fit?

You've got to want it and I mean really want it… I will give you the workouts the encouragement and the motivation but at the end of the day it's got to come from you!

When are you available for one to one training?

I make myself as available as possible, after all, we all have different schedules and fitting in exercise is highly important, so you can book in for a session with me 7 days a week from 6am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday.
