What made you want to become a Personal trainer?
I have been working in the fitness industry for the last 10 year. I wanted to become a personal trainer so that my work can help change people's lives and lifestyles for the better, I enjoy the challenge of meeting other people's challenges. I have gained experience and knowledge over the years, which I can know use and pass onto my clients to help the keep them motivated and focused.

What qualification do I have?

What type of people do I train?
My main specialist areas are weight loss/ weight management, body strength/building, core stability and sports specific for football and rugby.

What do I do in my spare time?
Enjoy participating and sports and watching sports. Like eating out and the occasional drink or two, going to the cinema. Love training in the gym and keeping shape.

What is your favourite meal of the day?
Any meal, any time of the day, I just like food and like eating, favourite food though would have to be a curry, shouldn't really say that as it not really good for you, but you need to treat you self every now and again.

What would be your best tip for people wanting to lose weight or get fit?
I would say that regular exercise and a sensible diet is the key, aiming for 3-4 workouts per week ranging from a 30 min session to an hour. Also a variety in training methods is also the key. This keeps the body on its toes ands also makes your training enjoyable, as each session should be different, after all variety is the spice of life.

When are you available for one-to-one training?
I make myself as available as possible, after all, we all have different schedules and fitting in exercise is highly important, so you can book in for a session with me 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday. Call 07834 353 293 for a free consultation.
