A change in job circumstances gave me the time to try and get fit again and lose some weight. As a former athlete I felt that with the right tuition I could get there. Will was excellent in setting goals and taking me through a progressive series of routines that resulted in an excellent final set of results.Will (Cambridge Belfry) was always very encouraging and confidence building. It's fair to say that I was prepared to really put the work in and he responded to that by pushing me. I'm now a stone lighter. Have muscles I didn't know existed and can run 5km at ease.
