What is your favourite meal of the day and what do you have?

I love my Breakfast, I usually have either porridge with a glass of fruit juice or a recipe I know involving eggs and porridge oats mad einto a pancake. 

What would your best tip for people wanting to lose weight or get fit?

 With a good combination of exercise and a sensible eating plan. your exercise should be discussed wth your personal trainer to ensure the best and safest mode of exercise for you. Avoid fad diets and try to use the type of diet that you and have most of your life. A practical food plan involving health foods or making foods you love in a healthy way. Its always possible to create a way of life diet simply from foods you love. 

When are you available for one to one training? 

I try to make myself as flexible as I can, fitting myself in with clients lifestyles.
