How long have you been interested and participating in fitness?
Since I was 10 years old, my father had taken me to a rugby match, then I was entered into a mixed adult rounder's team along with watching tennis and hockey as my mother was a country player.
What made you become a Personal Trainer?
I was in the British army and enjoyed team exercise and the atmosphere associated with fitness. I also enjoy the personal feelings I get when I train and like to pass my knowledge on to others.

What type of people do you train?
Young to older people, my current clients consist of ages up to 69 and older All shapes and sizes are welcome. You don't have to be fit to start Personal Training.
What do you do in your spare time?
Squash team player General all round fitness training Off road endurance motorcycling Lots of motorsport watching and participating Walking Snowboarding
What is your favourite meal of the day and what do you have?
Lunchtime, chicken and rice, what would be your best tip for people wanting to lose weight or get fit? Simple maths!! Don't consume more calories that you're burning off each day, don't waste your time on isolating muscle exercises, try combining muscle groups together and work them all at the same time (compound exercise)
