How long have you been interested and participating in fitness?
As a teenager I used exercise to boost my confidence, appearance & fitness. It was a good experience & a great hobby.
What made you become a Personal Trainer?
I enjoy the experience of exercise & wish to share it with other people to make them feel & look better, I also enjoy learning and widening my knowledge of a subject to make me a better trainer.

What type of people do you train?
All types of people; people getting into fitness for the first time, experienced people looking for a change or anyone trying to achieve short or long term goals.
What do you do in your spare time?
Play racket sports, salsa dancing, playing & watching football, socialising with friends & family, playing the Nintendo wii, cooking & eating
What is your favourite meal of the day and what do you have?
My favourite meal of the day is dinner, I like to cook everyday. My best dinner is my Thai seafood soup.
What would be your best tip for people wanting to lose weight or get fit?
It might not be just exercise needed, it maybe a change in lifestyle (like eating, drinking or sleeping) but the rewards will be worth it if your willing to work hard.
When are you available for one to one training?
