How long have you been interested and participating in fitness?

I went through a phase of wanting to be a P.E teacher throughout my school career, however once I left school and joined a gym i was always picking up new ideas and testing them out. That was when i decided that i wanted to become a Personal Trainer and have the ability to work with both kids and the older generation.


What made you become a Personal Trainer?

I wanted to present my idea's to others around me. The best way to do that was to become a Personal Trainer; the appreciation of successful customers is priceless.

What type of people do you train?

My Client base consist of people from 14-65. Generally Weight Management/body fat% loss. I also train Sports specific individuals who are competing in events.


What do you do in your spare time?

I train in my local Gym 4 times a week. I also play football and golf on a regular basis. I also maintain a Bowls green locally as i have a further qualification on Sports Turf. On a Monday and Wednesday evening i go to the local youth centre for 2 hours and do a training session with the kids.


What is your favourite meal of the day and what do you have?

Breakfast! It's an essential for me. Wholemeal Toast with two poached Eggs.


I Then consume a combination of Nuts around 20-30 minutes later to fire up the motabilism!
