How long have you been interested and participating in fitness?
I have always been interested in fitness ever since I can remember. I first started participating in sport and fitness when I was 9 years old playing for my local boys football and cricket team, ever since then sport and fitness has been a massive part of my life as I am an all rounder and play many sports including football for my local team and golf. I use the gym most days and feel great after a session.
What made you become a personal trainer?
I wanted to become a personal trainer ever since I was at college and worked as a cover for someone in the student gym, I gave out lots of training tips that day and changed a few peoples training styles. When I got home that day I felt very satisfied that I could help people and challenge them in different ways I decided it was the career I wanted.

What is your favourite meal of the day and what do you have?
My favourite meal is Breakfast. I usually have Weetabix with banana or Porridge, both have substantial carbohydrates in and set me up for the day.
What would your best tip for people wanting to lose weight or get fit?
A sensible diet is key to weight loss alongside weekly training sessions of 3-4 on average. Different workouts are also beneficial as they keep you interested and working different muscles. Oh and employ a personal trainer!!
