How long have you been interested and participating in fitness?
From a young age fitness has always been in my blood, I also enjoy the personal feelings I get when I train and like to pass my knowledge on to everyone.
What made you become a personal trainer?

What type of people do you train?
Young to older people, my current clients consist of ages up to 69 and older All shapes and sizes are welcome. You don't have to be fit to start Personal Training.
What do you do in your spare time?
Squash team player General all round fitness training Off road endurance motorcycling Lots of motorsport watching and participating Walking Snowboarding
What is your favourite meal of the day and what do you have?
I enjoy my breakfast I see it as my cheat meal for the day!!! My choice depends on what time i wake, I try to have porridge to give me plenty of energy through out the day
What would your best tip for people wanting to lose weight or get fit?
To work hard and always give 100% and to have a positive attitude towards objects and goals. even though it gets hard sometimes always think of the outcome.
When are you available for one to one training?
I make myself as available as possible, after all, we all have different schedules and fitting in exercise is highly important, so you can book in for a session with me 7 days a week from 6am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday. Call NOW to book your consultation
