How long have you been interested and participating in fitness?
My father was a European Handball Champion, so I was encouraged and pushed into all sorts of sports and fitness from a very early age. Then it was Academy of Sport for national athletes and sport prospects Finally Professional Triathlete for 8 years (highest ranking of number 2 in Europe)
What made you become a Personal Trainer?
As a professional athlete at some stage you have to work 1-2-1 with your coach. I learnt from these years that you can achieve your goal if you are directed and pushed through your limits. I have enjoyed that role as a personal trainer since I retired.

What type of people do you train?
I have trained a mixture of clients within the leisure industry including high profile athletes
What do you do in your spare time?
I am very active person dividing my free time between swimming, biking, running, weight lifting, mountaineering, and extreme sports but also saving some for travel, photography, graphic design and reading
What is your favourite meal of the day and what do you have?
I can not resist to my home made Paella What would be your best tip for people wanting to lose weight or get fit? Your success is a matter of motivation and determination – everyone has it. All what you have to do is prioritise your training. My coach used to say: "Losing is not about coming second. It is about getting out of the race or walking out of the gym knowing you could have done better"
When are you available for one to one training?
As I work 40hours a week I endeavour to train clients around my shifts when they want to train, and will try to fit all sessions around their diary's. Call NOW to book your consultation
