Josephleah Boot Camp is for male and females of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels and the main focus is on fun and function. We'll get you out of the gym and into a new training environment, with new exercises and equipment, where you'll be training and improving alongside like minded people.
Our Boot Camp programmes run between 6 - 12 week blocks, We guarentee to develop your stability, endurance, strength and power. We use both conventional and unconventional training methods to burn off excess calories and work all the major muscle groups.
