Week Three
I hope it went well for you last week. How did you get on in the gym? Don’t forget your gym session again this week and try adding some weight to both the squats and lunges.
This week you have got two runs to try.
Run One (All)
First repeat last weeks run but add another 10 or 15 minutes to start building on what we have already done. Also try and do it somewhere different. This will stop your body getting used to running on the same terrain.
Tip - Running off road occasionally will help with balance and coordination and make running on the road easier.
Run Two (All)
Go out for a run, as simple as that. Aim for 45- 60 minutes at a comfortable pace.
Hint - Next weeks sessions are going to involve running up and down a hill so while you’re out have recce for a good hill to use.
